UX design is one of those things: If it works, you don’t think about it for a second. If it doesn’t, it will scare users away from your product and detract from what you wanted to solve for them in the first place.
After this masterclass, you know how to frame, scope and plan a design process that is human-centered. You learn how to perform user research and get to know your target audience – their tastes, preferences and needs – in order to tailor frictionless user experiences. You also become skilled in identifying problem spaces and coming up with creative solutions, so new users convert into regulars.
With a starting point in you own product or service, you get a chance to get advice from experienced UX professionals, share experiences with others and expand your network. You will be working in groups with your own products/ services together with other people with a similar background/project, sparing with like minded people and an experienced faculty.
This masterclass is designed for product owners, project managers or other professionals responsible for solutions or products. You have a couple of years experience within your area of expertise.
You may also already be working with graphic or print design, architecture, web development or engineering.
