Take a deep dive into the world of UX design. After this 1-week deep dive, you know how to plan and execute UX design processes and high quality user experiences. You learn how to perform user research and get to know your target audience – their preferences and needs – in order to tailor frictionless user experiences. You also become skilled in identifying potential issues and coming up with creative solutions, so new users can convert into customers. 

You learn the work process of a UX designer, where you get your hands dirty and apply the best practice UX tools. Each workshop is initiated with a short lecture, where the instructor introduces you to the concepts and tools you work with during the UX workshops. We facilitate your learning through the phases of user research, ideation, prototyping and testing, where you receive continuous support and feedback from your instructors. 

We combine interactive lectures by expert practitioners with hands-on workshops where you design a product with the best practice UX design tools and methods. Our instructors are experts in the field and design outstanding UX experiences for leading brands and organisations. They are not only chosen for their content knowledge, but also for their passion for teaching and their desire to share years of experience.
