UX design is one of those things: If it works, you don’t think about it for a second. If it doesn’t, it will scare users away from your product and detract from what you wanted to solve for them in the first place.

After this masterclass, you know how to frame, scope and plan a design process that is human-centered. You learn how to perform user research and get to know your target audience – their tastes, preferences and needs – in order to tailor frictionless user experiences. You also become skilled in identifying problem spaces and coming up with creative solutions, so new users convert into regulars.

With a starting point in you own product or service, you get a chance to get advice from experienced UX professionals, share experiences with others and expand your network. You will be working in groups with your own products/ services together with other people with a similar background/project, sparing with like minded people and an experienced faculty.

Who are you?

This masterclass is designed for product owners, project managers or other professionals responsible for solutions or products. You have a couple of years experience within your area of expertise.

You may also already be working with graphic or print design, architecture, web development or engineering.

Your two days with us in our innovation and entrepreneurship house is not only an opportunity to learn, but also a time for networking, learning from others and making future business partners.

Anja Thrane has worked with UX and user involvement in the design process for more than 15 years. Anja is partner at Advice, a digital communications agency and is an acknowledged expert within user experience and usability testing with a special focus on financial services. Previously, Anja founded her own agency and is still active in start-up communities as a mentor. "I love the challenge of combining user insights with business needs and technological possibilities resulting in a great user experience.

Jon Bojsen Cetti
Client Director

Jon Bojsen Cetti has worked with UX for more than 15 years, within Telco, Finance, Media, Real Estate and Public sector. Jon has broad experience with all the tools that are involved in a good UX process. From user involvement and stake holder management over wireframes to securing the value of a UX-project from business development into development and finalization.
